Affiliate Agreement – LuggageSorted

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) sets out the terms under which you (“Affiliate”, “you” or “your”) refer customers to Luggage Sorted.

By participating in our affiliate programme, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Affiliate Relationship

You agree to promote Luggage Sorted to your customers, guests or audience.

This Agreement does not create:

A partnership.
A joint venture.
An employment relationship.

You act solely as an independent referrer.

3. Commission

3.1 Commission Rate

You will receive commission equal to 10% of the booking value for each valid referral.

3.2 Valid Referrals

A referral is valid only if:

The customer books using your unique referral method (such as a referral code, referral link or other agreed tracking method).
The booking is completed and paid in full.
The booking is not cancelled, refunded or identified as fraudulent.

We reserve the right to determine whether a referral qualifies as valid.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Commission payments are made quarterly on the following dates:

1 January
1 April
1 July
1 October

Each payment covers commissions earned during the preceding calendar quarter.

4.2 Payment Method

Commission payments will be made to the bank account details you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains accurate and up to date.

4.3 Adjustments

We may withhold or adjust commission payments where:

A booking is refunded or disputed.
Fraud or misuse is suspected.
You have breached this Agreement.

5. Affiliate Obligations

You agree to:

Represent Luggage Sorted accurately, honestly and fairly.
Not make misleading, inaccurate or false claims.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Act in good faith when referring customers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Refer yourself or generate self-bookings.
Misuse referral codes, links or tracking systems.
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive or abusive practices.
Impersonate Luggage Sorted or claim to act on our behalf.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse and make the final determination on any breach of this Agreement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate programme at any time if:

You breach this Agreement.
Fraud or misuse is suspected.
Your conduct risks harm to our business or reputation.

You may end your participation in the affiliate programme at any time by notifying us.

8. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Outstanding valid commissions may be paid at our discretion.
We may withhold payments where misuse or breach has been identified.
You must immediately stop promoting Luggage Sorted and cease using any referral materials.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to any unpaid commission properly owed to you.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may amend this Agreement from time to time. Any updated version will be published on our website, and your continued participation in the affiliate programme constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
